What we collect, and why
Kendoo Tech Consulting LTD collects the minimum needed to answer an enquiry and to understand which pages lead to useful conversations.
The strategy-call form
The booking form collects your name, work email, company, optional website, role, product type and stage, team structure, a description of the problem, urgency and preferred timing.
This is used to prepare for the call and to decide whether the engagement is a fit. It is not sold, and it is not shared with third parties except the scheduling provider used to arrange the meeting.
Please do not submit source code, credentials, customer data or confidential architecture through the form. If the conversation needs that material, it happens under a signed non-disclosure agreement instead.
Enquiry records are kept for as long as there is a live commercial conversation, and for up to twenty-four months afterwards. You can ask for yours to be deleted at any time.
Analytics
The site measures which pages are viewed, which calls to action are clicked, and how far people get through the booking flow. It records the page that brought you in, the referrer, campaign parameters and the language edition you used.
Names, email addresses, phone numbers and the content of the problem field are never sent to analytics. Form events record that a step happened, not what was typed.
Analytics only run after consent, and the consent state is recorded alongside the events so it is clear what was and was not collected.
Your rights and contact
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Requests are handled by Kendoo Tech Consulting LTD and answered within a reasonable period.
